• Prepare a topographical survey of the base surface of the track • Obtain elevation data on top of base grades (to be exposed by track facilities crew) • Locate top of interior track board and depict true top of board elevation. • Locate perimeter railing and depict true top of rail elevation. • Utilize previous stationing along inside edge of track as a base for measurements. • Depict cross slopes along all portions of the track, as requested. • Establish five (5) permanent benchmarks tied to Oklahoma State Plane Coordinate System North Zone (3501) and North American Vertical Datum (NAVD 88) outside of the track limits for future Phases of work • Perform drafting support to convert field collected data into a CAD file format for subsequent use • Review by Professional Land Surveyor • Transmit as-built sheet set of base grade date at a readable scale • Transmittal of CAD file for subsequent use • Turnaround time 3 weeks from start date, deadline date 8/16/24
