Specifications include, but are not limited to: OMPA is seeking construction proposals for the replacement of their 69 kV circuit breaker, foundation replacement, and replacement of the 69 kV jumpers. The scope of work is as follows: • Removal of the old circuit breaker, the circuit breaker foundation, disconnect switch to circuit breaker jumpers, circuit breaker to transformer rigid bus tubing, and transformer lightning arrester and associated transformer jumpers. • Installation of the new circuit breaker pad, circuit breaker, control cable termination cabinet, termination of existing control cable in termination cabinet, flexible control cable conduit, disconnect switch to circuit breaker jumpers, circuit breaker to transformer rigid bus tubing, transformer lightning arresters, substation select fill soil and substation rock, and substation site cleanup. • PDF drawings and photographs of the existing substation will be available. • Please see Attachment “A” on page #15 for further details.
