The Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development (DEED) intends to renew an agreement with C2T Incorporated (C2T) for up to 12 months to provide digital teleconference bridging, recording, and storage. C2T’s service is compatible with the Minnesota Department of Information Technology (MNIT) interface and is compliant with DEED security requirements. The State intends to issue an RFP to determine the availability of other similar solutions in the marketplace in the future. DEED determined that C2T’s system is the only currently compatible commodity product with MNIT and MNIT DEED security requirements. This is deemed a single source purchase because DEED’s current digital teleconference bridging, recording, and storage system is integrated with C2T’s system. This system is critical to the DEED Unemployment Insurance Division’s operations and must remain in operation without service interruption. This system is solely distributed and supported by C2T and is not available from other third parties. Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification.
