Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Riverside (“City”) is seeking a qualified entity or individual (“Company”) to provide Evaluation, Design, and Technical Support for the demolition of Transformers T1, T2, T3, T4, and Switchgears 1-2, 3-4, and installation of Switchgear 1, 2, and Transformers T1, T2. The City is seeking services that include project management, engineering, design, shop drawing review, construction support, standards development, and as-builts for the La Colina Substation Upgrade Project. The selected Company shall provide the services required in Exhibit A, Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein. See Exhibit A “Scope of Services” for the detailed scope.
