Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide as needed services to all HVAC Air Conditioners and Air Handler systems and assist with minor electrical issues related to the HVAC equipment. Work might include calls for equipment failure needing trouble shooting for the emergency repair of after hours, repair for hydronic heat systems, repair various gas and electric heat/cold systems, possibly install heat/cool systems, and other related parts or related equipment as needed, remove, replace, install air distribution system, including vent registers, ducting, plenums, and other related components. Also, to provide professional advice on systems or problems to alleviate possible down equipment. Trouble shoot some electrical equipment such as electric motors, electric panels, controls, switches, and relays. The Contractor shall provide labor to install property provided parts or equipment when necessary. All service repairs are in accordance with the manufacturer’s service and repair recommendations to maintain warranties on any new equipment.
