Specifications include, but are not limited to: UConn Health (UCH) will be renovating approximately 2,500sf of 1st floor space in the Outpatient Pavilion in Farmington, CT. The space will be demolished and repurposed into a suite of clinic and support spaces including Blood Draw Stations, Patient Consultation Offices, staff spaces and a patient check-in / waiting area. The renovation includes but is not limited to the following: select demolition, framing, drywall, interior finishes, MEPFP modifications, controls, low voltage and fire alarm. The renovation will require working in an active/occupied clinical setting. Infection Control (ICRA) and Life Safety (ILSM) measures are required on this project. Off hours work will be required to limit disturbances to occupants and building systems.
