Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Project Initiation and Management a) Conduct a project kickoff meeting with Town staff to outline the project objective, timeline, and deliverables. b) In coordination with the Commission, establish a Steering Committee to oversee the facilitation and management of the project. 2) Community Engagement and Stakeholder Involvement a) Design and implement a comprehensive, multi-faceted public engagement strategy that builds on the engagement conducted through Stonington planning initiatives currently underway and engages underrepresented groups. b) Conduct in-person public engagement workshops with the guidance of the Steering Committee. c) Conduct specific input meetings including, but not limited to: i. Various local boards and commissions; ii. Specific geographic areas and neighborhoods; iii. Specific topic areas of the POCD
