Specifications include, but are not limited to: TDA is seeking a bid from qualified Respondents to provide comprehensive analysis to address technical assistance needs for RHCs. TDA will oversee all contractor and Rural Health Clinic – Program Planning and Technical Assistance activities as further described in this Statement of Work (SOW). TDA seeks to address the technical assistance needs of RHCs across the state. The Contractor shall: conduct a thorough needs analysis of the issues that Texas RHCs face that create barriers to sustainability and that prevent them from efficiently providing the care their communities deserve; analyze and summarize the findings from the needs analysis into actionable recommendations for an effective and targeted RHC technical assistance program; and develop a strategic plan for a future RHC technical assistance program. The Contractor shall collaborate with TDA’s State Office of Rural Health (SORH) to implement the targeted technical assistance program to provide ongoing support and resources to Texas RHCs. Reporting requirements and Project timelines are established to ensure accountability and successful implementation of the Project, ultimately enhancing the capacity of RHCs to deliver quality healthcare services to rural Texas communities.
