The site is currently occupied by St Christopher’s, a transitional housing complex, currently features a four-story building with 71 tenant rooms, a manager's apartment, offices, meeting rooms, a utility area, and common services. This site is set to be renovated and transformed into a 32-unit building, with each unit equipped with its own bathroom and shower.
