Specifications include, but are not limited to: a) The city of High Point is seeking qualified vendors to provide management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide GENERAL JANITORIAL SERVICE activities at the following three (3) locations: 1. Allen Jay Recreation Center located at 1073 E. Springfield Rd., High Point, NC 27263 2. Deep River Recreation Center located at 1529 Skeet Club Rd., High Point, NC 27265 3. Washington Terrace Community Center located at 101 Gordon St., High Point, NC 27260; b) The Vendor shall perform routine cleaning services. Vendor is responsible for maintaining the buildings in an orderly and clean fashion suitable for viewing or use by the public at any time. This includes the daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks outlined in this document, in addition to any special cleaning projects as they arise. c) The Vendor shall perform the cleaning of all areas so indicated in strict conformity with methods, materials, and conditions hereinafter specified. d) The Vendor shall schedule operations, arrange for delivery of equipment and supplies to the buildings, and regulate the arrival or leaving of his/her personnel in accordance with written instructions from the City’s representative. e) The service is to be provided as follows: 1. Six (6) days per week - Allen Jay Recreation Center & Deep River Recreation Center: Monday – Saturday, depending on the schedule for the week may need to have a Sunday night cleaning in lieu of another day. 2. Five (5) days per week - Washington Terrace Community Center Building: Monday – Saturday, depending on the schedule for the week may need to have a Sunday night cleaning in lieu of another day.
