Specifications include, but are not limited to: In the fall of 2024, the Municipality of Anchorage (MOA), Anchorage Health Department (AHD) plans to release a Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify an operator for the Alaska Center for Treatment. The Alaska Center for Treatment will be located in the property at 1000 East 36th Avenue in Anchorage, Alaska and will operate as a substance use disorder center to serve the communities of Southcentral Alaska by offering some combination of outpatient and inpatient treatment options, transitional housing services, and crisis stabilization. The Center must be operational by October 2025. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to gather information to aid in the development of the RFP and assess interest in the project by organizations.
