Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pest Control for the period 10/01/24 thru 9/30/25 *** Provide general pest control to control the spread of pests, including, but not limited to roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, fleas, ticks, and spiders. Quote should clearly state excluded pests, if any. Services should be performed on a monthly basis with recalls, as needed, at no additional charge. Vendor is responsible for leaving invoice and service report at time of service. Payment will be made in arrears. Quoted services should not include termite inspection and/or treatment.
