The purpose of this solicitation is to establish janitorial services for CRT at Vinton Welcome Centre as specified below. 1. Provide all janitorial service for comfort station restroom facilities at Vinton Welcome Center 7 days per week, beginning date of award thru June 30, 2025. Length of contract period is an estimated and may be increased or decreased by the Office of Tourism with a minimum of two weeks' notice, 2. Facilities shall be fully service according to the following schedule: A. Monday-Sunday between 7:00 pm-11:00 pm, B. Holidays & Office Closures 12:00 pm-4:00 pm. (Unless otherwise specified by Welcome Center Manager.) (Contract shall continuously service the facility for the duration of each interval) 3. Facilities to be serviced include: one family restroom, two male restrooms, two female restrooms, as well as a lobby, common to all restroom facilities. The total amount of fixtures included in restrooms include: 21 toilets, 4 urinals, 5 diaper changing tables, 19 lavatories, 5 countertops and 8 hand dyers. 4. Services provided will include: emptying all trash receptacles, cleaning and disinfecting toilets, sinks, countertops and changing tables, mopping/cleaning floors in restrooms & lobby, and ensuring all dispensers for soap and paper goods are filled. Additionally, surfaces including tile, walls, doors handle, mirrors & glass should be cleaned and disinfected.
