Specifications include, but are not limited to: MOWING, EDGING, TRIMMING, AND CHEMICAL APPLICATIONS FOR THE POLICE TRAINING FACILITY GROUNDS: (EXHIBIT A: SECTION 1) - All vegetation shall be cut as close to 2” as possible. No turf will be scalped, or tall stalks left standing. Finished mowing must have a neat, uniform professionally landscaped appearance. Unless otherwise directed, the Seller will mow on the same day each week, as instructed by the Tulsa Police Department Training Academy site representative. Mowing for the Mounted Patrol Pasture Area and the Special Facility Ground Area (EXHIBIT A: SECTION 2) - This area can be cut with a brush hog. Some of these sites may be overgrown and unmaintained. The cost of the initial cleanup will be a separate bid item. The Tulsa Police Department Training Academy site representative will advise if this is required. Mowing and Trimming for the Pistol and Rifle Firing Range Berms, Bomb Area Berms and Special Operations Training House Berms: (EXHIBIT A: SECTION 3) - All vegetation shall be cut as close to 3” as possible. The use of equipment will be left to the Police Department Section Representative and the Sellers’ discretion. Some of these sites may be overgrown and unmaintained.
