All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (11/15/2022): Jacksonville State University (JSU) agrees to provide to APT, non-exclusive, unlimited "Television Exhibition Rights" and "Video On Demand (VOD)" to be received on any "Reception Devices" for the following television programs (working titles) produced by Longleaf Studios: "McClellan," and "The Jim Folsom Jr. Story," (collectively the "Programs") to be delivered on or before September 30, 2024. For the rights and specifications as outlined above, APT agrees to pay JSU three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000.00) divided equally into two payments of $150,000 with the first payment due upon receipt of an invoice for each respective program as these programs are completed and received by APT.
