Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Fremont (City) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide all necessary engineering and support services (including all associated project management and administration services) required for the Project Approval and Environmental Documentation (PA&ED) phase and the Plans, Specifications, & Estimate (PS&E) phase of the I 680/North Mission Boulevard Interchange Modernization Project. The contract will be administered by the Public Works Department, Transportation Division. The goal is to have the project shelf ready for future construction funding.
