Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Applicants need to demonstrate the successful design and implementation of restorative conversation/mediation training from a restorative justice framework as evidenced by data. • Applicants need to demonstrate the successful implementation of training in a large urban Pre-K-12 school district. • Training central office staff to be train the trainers, as well as professional learning to school-based educators (while we are getting the Central staff trained). • Successful proposals would need to demonstrate the ability to provide a combination of virtual synchronous, asynchronous and in-person options for the professional learning. • The initial award is intended to be for one year. WCPSS reserves the right to award additional years based on funding availability.
