Specifications include, but are not limited to: Under this RFP, a well-qualified Consultant shall be able to meet the following needs and expectations of the City of Tuscaloosa: The Consultant will be expected to demonstrate professional methods of research/data collection and formulation. This includes the ability to gather information for the AI through a number of methods, including (but not limited to) consultation with local agencies and elected public officials, public outreach, public meetings, public hearings, community surveys, review survey responses, demographic and economic data sets and any additional actions required by HUD, including an analysis of fair housing. The Consultant will be responsible for preparing maps, tables, charts, illustrations, and photographs, as appropriate, to support conclusions and findings as included in the required documents.
