Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Developer intends to make a provisional selection of a General Contractor (or Associate or Joint Venture partnership) to work on Treasure Island Parcel E1.2 Senior Building through this RFQ/P. The Developer seeks a General Contractor with experience in Type I/IV/V/IIIA/IIA developments with City-funded projects, multifamily housing new construction, as well as capacity to support a design build approach to MEPS and Fire Life Safety scopes as well as actively provide input on value engineering and design and construction efficiencies. It is expected that the selected General Contractor will work collaboratively with the Developer and other Development Team members to achieve a project design that meets the total development cost goal for the project.
