Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for apron rehabilitation at the Cottage Grove State Airport for the benefit of Oregon Department of Aviation (“ODAV” or “Owner”). The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents (the “Work”). The Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: a. Rehabilitate Airport main Apron pavement; b. Regrade main Apron; c. Reinstall aircraft tie down locations; d. Install new storm drainage and revisions to existing drainage system to maintain drainage within main Apron; e. Remove and apply Apron and Taxilane pavement markings.
