Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fiscal Management a. Create a fund solely for the AAEI funding. b. Provide guidance, consulting, and active fundraising support in regard to next steps of fund development for the overall Institute within a community based and equitable manner. c. Provide online access to AAEI staff to review overall fund management, grant making, reporting and evaluation. d. Manage checks, cash, incoming grant funds and governmental contracts. e. Report progress on a quarterly basis. 2. Contract Development and Oversight a. Collaborate with the AAEI staff and vendors in the development of the scope of work, deliverables, acceptance criteria, time and cost, roles and responsibilities, and terms and conditions of each contract. i. Develop deliverables and timelines with AAEI staff and vendors. ii. Specify roles, responsibilities, and procedures for each contractor. iii. Ensure that each vendor has adequate expertise and knowledge about the services being contracted. iv. Execute agreements, all parties must sign the binding document, within 60 days of receiving the request for a professional services contract. v. Oversee the implementation of deliverables within established timelines. b. Establish and maintain a good relationship with each contractor, built on trust, for accountability of results. c. Utilize a continuous quality improvement process to capture lessons learned and optimize future contracts. d.
