Specifications include, but are not limited to: Address how you will accomplish each of the items listed here in the scope of work to be performed and how you are uniquely qualified to do so. Contractor must be able to: i. Develop a comprehensive on-demand CME course on professional boundaries in the practice of medicine for all ALBME licensees (MDs, DOs, PAs, and AAs). a. The course must be ready to launch no later than January 1, 2025, and should be available to ALBME staff for review no later than December 1, 2024. b. The course must incorporate Alabama-specific law and regulations, and cover all topics related to professional boundaries and sexual misconduct in the practice of medicine. c. The course should focus on education and prevention of professional boundaries violations by ALBME licensees. d. The course should be accredited and eligible for a minimum of 2 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. ii. Host the ALBME-approved course on the Contractor’s learning management platform for the term of the contract. a. Contractor should provide a customized registration page accessible to ALBME licensees. b. Contractor must be able to provide quality customer service and troubleshooting to an estimated 21,000 current ALBME licensees from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, and to an estimated 2,000 new ALBME licensees annually beginning January 1, 2026. iii. Monitor and report course completion and licensee evaluations to ALBME staff.
