Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chugach Electric Association, Inc. (Chugach) requests competitive proposals for an independent party to engineer, procure, and construct a minimum 500 KW-ac solar photovoltaic (PV) system on a Chugach-owned lot in Anchorage, Alaska. Chugach intends to enter into an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract with the successful proposer, herein referred to as the “Contractor.” Proposals shall include the information requested herein, including Lump Sum (Firm Fixed) pricing. The solar PV system will be fixed tilt, ground mounted and located on property owned by Chugach. The rated capacity of the system shall be at least 500 KW-ac. The Contractor shall size the DC system capacity, select equipment, and design the system to provide the best value to Chugach, based on the criteria identified in this RFP. Project economics will be evaluated by Chugach based on a 25-year project life.
