Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase One of the project shall consist of the following: 1. Demolish the two existing fire-rated interior doors located in the masonry walls. 2. Furnish and install new fire-rated doors, frames, and hardware. a. Change the swings on the doors. 3. Restore, patch, and paint adjacent surfaces to match existing. 4. Revise emergency exit signage accordingly. 5. The construction of a new exterior vestibule per the drawings and specifications provided by Alpha Associates to include but not necessarily be limited to: a. Demolition b. Concrete c. Masonry d. Miscellaneous metals e. Carpentry f. Insulation g. Roofing and sheet metal h. Aluminum doors, hardware, and glass i. Finishes j. HVAC k. Electrical l. Fire alarm m. Rough-in for door access n. Final cleaning and repair of disturbed landscaping of the construction area. Phase Two of the project shall consist of the following: 1. Removal of exterior aluminum doors at the bridge entrance and replace with matching aluminum windows, including associated framing. 2. Stone panel veneer and necessary sealants 3. Demolition 4. Finishes 5. Electrical 6. Fire alarm and sprinkler modifications, including the installation of new sprinkler heads in the vestibule ceiling. 7. Removal of the existing interior vestibule doors and trim out openings. 8. Removal of the existing fire alarm and door access controls. 9. Patch and paint as necessary. 10. Removal of the existing floor covering in the vestibule. 11. Final cleaning of the construction area.
