Unit will have a new set of 8” Aluminum Vac Pipe and new clamps to go minimum 19.5 feet deep. 19. Unit shall have clean and functional Reel Rotation bearing. 20. Unit Hose Reel frame shall have New Telescoping frame wear pads. 21. Unit shall have resealed dump control valve and door lock valve. 22. Unit shall have new or resealed Debris Body dump cylinder and a door lock cylinder. 23. Unit shall have an outer boom suction tube and seal, that are fully functioning and free of major defects. 24. Unit shall have a new Debris Body rear door seal. 25. Unit will have all-new Rubber hoses that pertain to the debris suction system. 26. Unit shall have new decant hose and couplings. 27. Unit shall have a 1” Jetting Nozzle Assortment to include at least: 1 New Penetrating Nozzle, Controlled Rotation Nozzle, and Cleaning Nozzle jetted to the correct GPM and PSI for the machine water pump. 28. Unit Shall have an assortment of Hydro-excavation nozzles to include at least: 1 New Single Blade Nozzle, Dual Blade Nozzle, and Ripsaw nozzle jetted to the correct GPM and PSI of Hydroex system on machine. 29. Unit shall have a new Tiger Tail w/rope and a new upper manhole roller to protect sewer hose. 30. Unit shall have new wash-down gun and minimum 50 ft. of ½ inch high-pressure hose. 31. Unit shall be Hydro excavation capable. 32. Vacuum system shall have an 8” to 4” reducer fitting. 33. Vacuum, jetting and hydro excavation systems shall have a minimum of 1 year warranty. 34. Unit shall be delivered no more than 120 days after the order is placed. Bid proposal should include cost of delivery.
