Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work Orders issued through this JOC contract may include projects to preserve Board and Care facilities in need of critical repairs or required upgrades, thereby potentially preventing facility closure, which could result in exits to homelessness. Such work may include but is not limited to interior and exterior repairs/upgrades, such as roofing, flooring, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, drywall, painting, hardscapes, and other construction tasks and specifications that have established unit prices. Coordination with the facility operators and occupants, and timely completion of the work will be crucial elements towards successful projects.
