Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Site is defined as Lot 23A Great Island in Darien. This entrance to this access driveway is from the intersection of Rings End Road and Goodwives River Road. 2. As mentioned above the scope of this project will include but to be limited to the replacement and widening the existing entry accessway/driveway between Rings End Road and the Great Island Road cul-de-sac, providing for two-way vehicular flow and public access between Rings End Road and the larger Great Island property to the south, and performing related site development activities within regulated areas. The work includes the addition of a sidewalk, landscaping, lighting, drainage, retaining walls and other ancillary improvements. 3. The Town must approve any storage area on site for material and equipment during the project prior to the commencement of any work. 4. The Contractor is responsible for the removal and disposal of all debris and is responsible for keeping the construction site, driveways and storage areas neat and clean. 5. Property must be accessible via a 12’ wide driveway (surface smooth and safe) for Great Island tenants at all times…slight delays for parties access the island shall be acceptable. 6. Property accessible to pedestrians only on weekends…must be clean and safe
