Specifications include, but are not limited to: The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG) intends to establish a bench of approximately five to seven qualified firms to provide as-needed Consultant Services to provide construction management services to the Capital Projects, and Planning and Programs Divisions. It is the organization’s intention to procure Consultant Services that provide the best combination of quality, reliability, effectiveness and performance that best fits the needs of the SGVCOG. Our organization is seeking qualified firm(s) to assist us in providing construction management services for various upcoming projects, which include a range of transportation projects such as complete streets, first/last mile, active transportation, pedestrian planning, bikeway design, traffic signal design, traffic signal optimization, street rehabilitation, intersection/railroad safety improvements, and landscaping projects.
