Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, and appliances necessary or required to perform and complete all work including, but not limited to the following: a. Maintenance, repair, servicing, and new installation of HVAC systems and infrastructure throughout the Town. This shall include indoor systems, roof top systems, split systems, and all related appurtenances. b. Troubleshooting and repair of existing fixtures, equipment and appurtenances at Town-owned facilities. c. Installation of new fixtures, systems and appurtenances at Town-owned buildings. d. Removal and disposal of all materials associated with work being completed. e. Work on control and control systems shall be included in this contract to the extent that the vendor has the capabilities, and the work is connected to the HVAC system. f. The contractor shall arrange and pay for disconnection of any existing services that it cannot disconnect itself prior to demolition. This may include but not necessarily be limited to electrical connections to mechanical and other equipment
