Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of West Haven, hereafter referred to as, “the City” is soliciting an Invitation to Bid to qualified contractors, for an improvement project at two of our fire stations: West Shore, located at 860 Ocean Avenue & Benham Hill, located at 250 Benham Hill Road. The project introduces enclosed sleeping compartments with individual HVAC systems, segregated quarters for male and female staff including the introduction of separate toilet and bathing facilities, the application of a high-performance elastomeric coating system and an alternate, updates to the existing kitchen facilities for the Benham Hill Station, as well as other work indicated in the contract documents.
