Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Administrative Services, is requesting information on available existing housing for Alaska State Troopers and Dependents located in Kotzebue, Alaska. The complex must meet the following requirements: be located within the Kotzebue city limits, and be available for occupancy no later than August 15, 2024: o Minimum One three-bedroom unit o Minimum of one bathroom in unit (one and a half bathroom or more preferred) o Washer/Dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven/range (required) and dishwasher (preferred) o Two parking spaces w/energized head bolt heaters outlets per unit o Positioned in an area reasonably distanced from commercial enterprises o Construction complying with required Building and Fire Codes
