The City desires to obtain the services of multiple licensed professional organizations to provide on-call architectural services on an as-needed basis for the design and construction of the Ontario Museum of History and Arts, North Wing Galleries and Entry Area, Gem of the Foothills Renovation, “Jail”, and Elevator/Electrical upgrades. Qualified firms shall be knowledgeable and responsive professional consulting firms that possess the museum expertise and resources needed to assist the City staff in achieving the City’s adopted goals and objectives. The City desires to work with firms that would maintain positive working relationships with all City staff as well as other consultants; possess the ability to think through project issues and recommend possible solutions early in the process on regulatory, technical, administrative and managerial levels; coordinate and accomplish small and large tasks in a well-organized manner; communicate effectively in a museum setting; and are enthusiastic about working as a team with museum staff.
