Specifications include, but are not limited to: - Alternates: The (2) two listed alternates within this rebid package have been revised to explore potential cost savings during the bid period. Please review these items within the contract documents. - Controls Contractor: The Regional School District #4 has elected to contract directly with their controls contractor, and this scope of work will no longer be under the G.C.’s scope of work, EXCEPT for the necessary coordination between their Mechanical Contractor and the Owner’s controls contractor in order to complete the noted work. - Pipe Insulation: There is no longer an Alternate associated with a different type of pipe insulation, one type of pipe insulation will be owned as part of the base contract scope of work. - Roofing Scope: The minimal roofing scope previously indicated in the contract documents has been removed from this project. - Glycol Draining, Testing & Filling: The contractor will be responsible for the draining, testing of the lines, and refilling of the glycol system within the project. - Dehumidification: The previously noted dehumidification alternate and associated electrical work has been removed from the scope of work in this Rebid package
