Specifications include, but are not limited to: Through this solicitation to procure four (4) breakers for an existing MDP, four (4) Type A power pedestals, and four (4) Type B portable power substations for the Kodiak Shipyard at 369 Alimaq Drive, and one (1) Type C shore power substation for the St. Herman Harbor at 500 Alimaq Drive, the selected Bidder will furnish all equipment for a complete and workable electrical system as indicated on the drawings and in the specifications provided in Attachment F. This includes, but not limited to: a) A complete listing of material and equipment as required per the specifications provided in Attachment F, including catalog numbers, wiring diagrams, rough-in dimensions and performance data for all material and equipment. b) Copies of operation and maintenance manuals for training of the City’s personnel. c) Describe the procedures necessary to operate the system including start-up, operation, emergency operation and shutdown. d) Provide instructions and a schedule of preventative maintenance in tabular form for all routine cleaning, inspection and lubrication with recommended lubricants. e) Provide instructions for minor repair or adjustments required for preventive maintenance routines. f) Provide manufacturer’s descriptive literature including approved shop drawings covering devices used in any contractor-provided equipment or systems with illustration, exploded views, etc.
