Alignment with UNM 2040 goals and Vision Framework and the draft Integrated Campus Plan a) The plan's recommendations should align with and support the framework developed within the UNM 2040: Opportunity Defined Plan and the draft Integrated Campus Plan (the final ICP will be shared upon contract award). b) Build upon the Integrated Campus Plan’s recommendations for circulation and mobility improvements. 2. Align with the USDOT’s guidelines on developing Comprehensive Safety Action Plans (https://www.transportation.gov/grants/ss4a/comprehensive-safety-action-plans#eligibleplans). 3. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing pedestrian and micro-mobility infrastructure, including evaluating safety risks, conflict areas, and potential hazards. 4.
