Specifications include, but are not limited to: • The scope of services shall include all tasks required to design, engineer, fabricate, deliver, install and commission PV systems on the identified facility that stress cost savings, energy use reduction, and efficient operation. • The scope shall also include, but not be limited to, securing all permits and approvals from governing and regulatory agencies, all labor, taxes, services, permit fees, and equipment necessary to produce and install a fully operational PV system. • Supply all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to install the PV systems and integrate them with other power sources. All applications and costs associated with utility interconnection shall be borne by the awarded Contractor. • Provide all required documentation for EECBG reporting purposes as well as documentation that enables the Town to pursue Inflation Reduction Act renewable energy credits. Compliance requires Contractor to provide weekly payroll reports to the Town as required by the Davis-Bacon Act including record of hours worked and wages paid, including fringe benefit contributions, and certified payrolls.
