Specifications include, but are not limited to: Community Solutions, Inc. seeks proposals from qualified HVAC Mechanical Contracting firms to provide bids to Replace, Remove, purchase and install (2) 15-18 Tone HVAC RTU Units. Ultimate Performance, Comfort, and Control: • Remove (2) 25yr Old RTU units from roof top • Install (2) HVAC RTU Units • Coordinate and plane the crane operations with CSI Project Manager for removal • Tie in new HVAC units to existing Building Duct work • Provide and obtain any and all permits needed. • Install smart boards, controls, and thermostats as needed. • Contractor must ensure all gas line servicing the RTU units are in good condition • Secure all gas line and tie downs to roof top.
