Specifications include, but are not limited to: SHAMPOO OR STEAM CLEAN ALL CARPET AREAS QUARTERLY, SPOT CLEAN AS NEEDED VACCUUM ALL CARPET AREAS ALL BUILDING ENTRANCES CLEANED, SWEPT & MOPPED ALL TRASH PICKED UP IN THE PARKING LOTS AND SURROUNDING BUILDING, OUTDOOR TRASH CANS EMPTIED CLEAN & DISINFECT ALL FLOORS, ALL SURFACES IN PUBLIC AREAS, ALL RESTROOM FIXTURES & COUNTER TOPS CLEAN ALL WINDOWS - INTERIOR & EXTERIOR THREE TIMES PER WEEK DUST ALL SURFACES WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DESKS EMPTY TRASH IN ALL AREAS MOP GYM FLOOR CLEAN AND DISINFECT KITCHEN AREA USING APPROPRIATE CLEANER FOR ALL SURFACES. CLEAN VENT HOOD WEEKLY. REPORT TO THE COMMUNITY CENTER COORDINATOR ANY NEEDED REPAIRS IN THE BUILDINGS, THIS INCLUDES BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIGHT BULB REPLACEMENT, PLUMBING ISSUES, DOORS NOT WORKING PROPERLY, ETC. CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE A CORE CREW LIST WITH THEIR ASSIGNED LOCATIONS CONTRACTOR WILL HAVE STAFF SIGN A LOG BOOK THAT WILL INCLUDE DATE & TIME UPON ENTRY & EXIT INTO EACH FACILITY
