PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the West Virginia Department of Homeland Security to establish a contract for the one time 3.1 Mandatory Contract Item Requirements: Contract Item must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements listed below. 3.1.1 Contract Item # 1 – Seeker Pro Trace Drug & Explosive Detector with Charger or Equal. 3.1.1.1 Vendor must supply a quantity of eight (8) Seeker Pro Trace Drug & Explosive Detector (Item Number SEEKER Pro – NARC) or Equal. 3.1.1.1.1 Detector must be able to detect explosive and drug threats including but not limited to: 3.1.1.1.1.1 TATP 3.1.1.1.1.2 HMTD 3.1.1.1.1.3 TDX 3.1.1.1.1.4 TNT 3.1.1.1.1.5 C4 3.1.1.1.1.6 Black Powder 3.1.1.1.1.7 Smokeless Powder 3.1.1.1.1.8 Ammonium Nitrate 3.1.1.1.1.9 Fentanyl 3.1.1.1.1.10 Heroin 3.1.1.1.1.11 Cocaine 3.1.1.1.1.12 Meth 3.1.1.1.1.13 Synthetics 3.1.1.1.1.14 Xylazine 3.1.1.1.1.15 PCP 3.1.1.1.1.16 GHB 3.1.1.1.1.17 CBD 3.1.1.1.1.18 THC 3.1.1.2 Vendor must provide a minimum of twenty (20) Drug Cards. 3.1.1.3 Vendor must provide at a minimum of one (1) year warranty that includes product updates and support. 3.1.1.4 Detector must contain an advanced LCD touch screen display, allowing user to tap through testing options, result interpretation, and data management. 3.1.1.5 Detector must have rugged case protection to protect from frigid and scorching temperatures.
