Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Existing Roof System Areas A and B: 4-ply built up roof with gravel over 2 layers of 1” wood fiber board sprinkle mopped to metal deck. Wood shakes over tar paper onto plywood mansard sheathing. 2. New Roof System High Areas A and B: Tear-off existing built-up roof membrane and existing roof insulation down to deck level. Mechanically attach 2 layers of 2.5” isocyanurate to the existing metal deck. Install 1/2 " high density isocyanurate cover board in two-part foam adhesive over new isocyanurate layer. Fully adhere 90 mil reinforced EPDM membrane onto cover board. 3. New Mansard Wall System: Remove Existing wood shake cladding and tar paper and install new Quarrix light weight composite tile, Double Roman profile. Provide new flashings around wall penetrations. 4. Provide new 24 ga. gi. color-coated metal counter flashings to match. 5. Provide 1/8 inch per foot tapered insulation system. Install new 1/4 inch per foot crickets and saddles at all, units, etc. Penetrations/details include but are not limited to: Wall details, new mechanical unit curbs and vent stacks, heat stack and primary scuppers.
