Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK Front Entrance Hallway •Install new solid wood door and hardware compatible with a concealed electric strike, between front office and back hall Permit Tech Office •Close opening to 48” measuring from front wall •Install permit counter from wall to wall •Counter to have 24” 3 drawer stack at each end and 30” cabinet with shelves in the center •Counter to have 30” deep low top and a 12” step up top •Counter to be stained plywood and Formica top •Install ADA counter to be 4’ long x 30” deep with matching Formica top to allow for wheelchair use •Electrical to be installed under both knee space areas of the permit counter and under the ADA counter •3 Grommet holes to be installed in counter tops Inspector Office 1 •Close in door between Building Department and ALEA Department Inspector Office 2 •No changes (other than smooth walls/paint and carpet) Storage Room •No changes (other than smooth walls/paint and carpet) Bathroom 1 •Demo existing kitchenette and bathroom •Move plumbing as needed to install new ADA sink, ADA toilet, and 48” shower •Install all ADA required grab bars •Install tile on floors •Install GFI receptacle at sink location •Close in existing doors and add new door and ADA hardware off breakroom •Existing A/C closet to remain as is •Fixture locations to be determined after demo Bathroom 2 •Install wall 3’ from back wall for water heater closet •Install new 50-gallon water heater and required electrical •Install wall between Bathroom 1 and Bathroom 2 •Add plumbing as needed to install new ADA sink and ADA toilet • Install all ADA required grab bars • Install tile on floors • Install GFI receptacle at sink location • Install bath exhaust fan • Add new door with ADA hardware off breakroom • Fixture locations to be determined after demo
