Specifications include, but are not limited to: SCOPE OF WORK: (PRIMARY) It is the intent of the Anderson School District Five Procurement Office (hereinafter referred to as the "District") to solicit sealed bids to contract with a single provider for the exclusive provision of providing Burglar Alarm and Fire Alarm Monitoring Services to all District facilities. This is an annual contract that, provided both parties are in agreement, will automatically renew on the anniversary date for four (4) additional years. Any renewals beyond five (5) years must be handled in accordance with the District Procurement Code. All responses must be complete and carefully worded and must convey a11 of the information requested in order to be considered responsive. If the response fails to conform to the essential requirements of the RFB, the District and the District alone will be the judge as to whether that variance is significant enough to consider the RFB non-responsive and therefore not considered for award. Unless stated otherwise herein, the basic and governing language of the contract resulting from this solicitation shall be comprised of the RFB documents, including any attachments and amendments, and the successful offertories signed offer.
