The contractor will be responsible for designing soil cement mix based on test sampling of subgrade. Project begins at paved intersection of Oscar Wynn and ends at Mt. Olive Road. Soil Cement base width is 26 feet and 6 inches in depth. Prime and sand. 2) Approximately 1.47 miles of triple surface treatment paving on Oscar Wynn Road using #5, #7, and #89 stones along with a Cationic Polymer Modified Rapid Curing Fog Seal.
