Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to establish annual purchase agreement(s) for as-needed Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) supplies for the City’s Facility Services Department. This RFP is being issued to establish a pool of approved vendors to provide HVAC supplies to the City. The City reserves the right to select one or more vendors based on best value, as determined by the City, from the proposals submitted to add to the vendor pool. The Facility Services Department may require immediate availability of product; therefore, proposals will only be accepted from vendors with storefront locations in the Temple city limits or within a 10-mile radius of the city limits.
