Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and transportation as necessary to provide complete preventive, predictive, corrective and emergency maintenance repair services of all equipment utilized. 2. PREVENTIVE AND PREDICTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE: The Contractor must provide a comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance service program for all elevators, escalators and moving walkways as per manufacturer’s and/or industry recommendations. a. Preventive and predictive requirements to perform services as described will include but not limited to, complete inspection, adjustment, cleaning and lubrication of elevators, escalators, and all associated equipment as recommended by the manufacturer and deemed necessary for optimum equipment operation. b. The Contractor shall be required to provide a sufficient number of licensed elevator journeyperson(s) and sufficient time on property to perform strict preventive maintenance procedures on all elevators and escalators to maximize operations and minimize unit down time.
