Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Coordinate the Envision the Choptank Steering Committee, workgroups, and backbone team (including communicating with and between groups, organizing and facilitating meetings, and developing the annual All Partner meeting). Plan and advance strategies, coordinate development of collaborative grant proposals, assist with grant management, conduct background research and synthesize information to inform decision-making, and publish partnership communications (including newsletters and web posts). 2. Support partner, workgroup, and community efforts to achieve the goals, objectives, and strategies in Envision the Choptank’s Common Agenda. 3. Seek to diversify participation in Envision the Choptank to represent the full range of community interests. 4. Explore and adapt where appropriate tools and techniques that increase performance through network development training and technical assistance provided by RCBI contractor Local Concepts. 5. Explore and support implementation of funding strategies that help achieve longterm sustainability of the collaborative.
