The installation, maintenance and removal of sediment control measures, unclassified earthwork, demolition and disposal of existing on-site construction trailer, renovation of the existing Animal Control Center and three (3) additions, and coordination with the County as needed to recommission the generator equipment, stormwater management facilities expansion and retrofit, site utility modifications and upgrades, motorized entrance gate installation, and miscellaneous paving and landscaping items. Challenges expected on this project include the following: Phasing of work into approximately 5+ phases Occupied work space. Expedited completion of each phase. Requirement to procure equipment ahead of time. Requirement to have full-time supervision by a non-working Superintendent. Coordination of owner-contracted subcontractors. Working in an active animal holding facility.
