Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work includes demolition interior renovations, new ballistic protection arrangements, and the following: Interior renovations, as indicated on the Drawings. The project includes architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical portions of the Work. Refer to Drawings for construction type, use groups and fire resistance schedule. The project includes the architectural, mechanical, and electrical portions of the Work and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. All work must be completed within 90 days of starting construction. The contractor will need to complete the work in two phases. The drive-through window area is considered phase two and will need to remain open and operational during construction of phase 1. After phase one has been completed and the space is operational, the contractor can proceed Phase two.
