a. Purchase three (3) Replacement Units for Unit # 7 Rheem RRGF201076CLR, Unit #8 Lennox TGA060B2DH1Y and Unit #9 Lennox TGA090S2BM1Y or equivalent. b. Placement of units in a manner which complies with all spacing/air circulation recommendations for each respective unit. c. Purchase and installation of any stands, railing, or platforms required for proper placement and spacing/air circulation recommendations for each respective unit. This will include any offsets or alterations required for proper ducting of the units. d. Respective units should include: I. Bird screens where applicable II. Permatector coating. III. (1) set of spare belts. IV. (1) set of spare filters. V. Unit disconnect –non-fused. e. Removal and disposal of existing units. f. Contractor responsible for any/all necessary connections/alterations for proper and efficient function of new units per code/standards. g. Contractor responsible for any/all curbing, roof repairs, flashing etc. needed to meet code/standards. h. Contractor responsible for any/all inspections to ensure installation is to code. i. The contractor will coordinate installations with the awarded contractor of a separate City of Fort Morgan bid consisting of the flat roof replacement of the Library HVAC Enclave and other flat roof areas of need.
