All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove old Operator and other exit devices Install new Record 8102 Dual Simultaneous Pair Operator (Dark Bronze color, Header Length 75”) Supply and install LZR-Flatscan Low Energy Safety Sensors on the approach side of each door (so doors will not close when detecting people or objects in doorway) Replace failed exit devices with new Von Duprin 99 Series Motorized Latch Retraction Exits (Less bottom rod, Dark Bronze Color to match existing) Re-use exterior Trim Existing doors will be re-used and re-hung with full surface continuous hinges New sweeps and Brush Astragals will be installed 2 new Armor Plates will be added to protect the doors New devices will be wired so that existing activation is re-used *The work does not include replacing existing delayed egress magnetic locks.
